Eligibility Criteria

Request must be submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of the initial purchase transaction.
Applies to standard SaaS marketplace monthly and annual subscriptions.
Does NOT apply to custom consulting source-code buyouts or dedicated engineering retainers once work has commenced.
